At Guiding Light Montessori we believe in hiring educators who identify with our value system. We evaluate our educators based on their experience, qualification and motivation. Ultimately we want individuals who love children and have a love of learning. Our educators serve as role models in the classroom helping guide the critical thinking and practical life development that happens each and every day. We believe in open lines of communication between our parents and educators to allow a constant feedback loop that allows children to thrive. In addition we have a training program organized by Guiding Light Academy private school that allows our educators to gain an understanding from the Guiding Light school teachers about key factors to focus on to allow for a smooth transition from our Montessori environment to school and the world.
